You are looking for a short, hands-on training, full with tips, by an experienced teacher who
knows all the tricks .
Shift roster
- You design at least one roster for your business situation during this practical training.
- You'll design a shift roster
- with sufficient staff
- meeting personal preferences where possible,
- conform labour laws and company rules,
- applicable with and without roster software.
- You gain sufficient knowledge and experience to design other rosters on your own steam.
- When your organisation keeps growing, you will able to adapt quickly by swiftly designing new rosters.
