  1. You design at least one roster for your business situation during this practical training.
  2. You'll design a shift roster
    • with sufficient staff
    • meeting personal preferences where possible,
    • conform labour laws and company rules,
    • applicable with and without roster software.
  3. You gain sufficient knowledge and experience to design other rosters on your own steam.
  4. When your organisation keeps growing, you will able to adapt quickly by swiftly designing new rosters.
