Senior OO Systems Analyst
OO modelling, Rapid Application Development with Object Studio Smalltalk, knowledge engineering, GUI Design. Gave two presentations at seminars on Artificial Intelligence in the RAI, Amsterdam.

Analysed, Designed and constructed several complex, AI applications using Object Studio Smalltalk:

Scope
Schiphol-Airport Operations Examiner, a management information tool that shows the quality of the flight preparation process. System controllers define charts and data filters with a tailormade Graphical Query Language. A client server robot application queries 5 different legacy systems to fill a DB2/2 data warehouse.
Special Cargo Queue Processor
a work flow application. The end user defines business rules in a flow chart for special cargo: Animals, Perishables and Valuables.
Tracking
an expert system that monitors the progress of shipments through the worldwide KLM network.
Flight Runner
an expert system that distributes capacity over various cargo allotments.
Automatic Queue Processor
the very first expert system at KLM Cargo. The system automatically books shipments or searches alternative flights for booking requests. End users maintain the rule base though a GUI.
Was team captain and played chess for KLM at various international inter airline tournaments (Portugal, Macau, Melakka, Bali, Florida).
