Excellent, good
	English	Fluent, like a second mother tongue.
	Dutch	is my mother tongue, handy in just a small part of the world.
	German	Good enough for a normal conversation, but with a Dutch accent. Reading is fine, for writing I definetely need a spellchecker.
	Afrikaans	Excellent reading and understanding. Verbally good.
Other languages
	French	just ok, high school level.
	Malay	Fine for everyday things, ordering food goes extremely well. Good enough for a simple conversation.
	Chinese (Mandrin)	Hardly worth mentioning, but still sufficient for a comfortable holiday in China.
